Baton Rouge Gallery’s popular Movies & Music on the Lawn brings its season to a close. The summer film series concludes Friday with a pairing of Buster Keaton’s Steamboat Bill Jr. and a never-before-heard score from blues jam band The Fugitive Poets. The event takes place behind the gallery at City Park, and the film will be projected on an inflatable screen on the lawn around 8 p.m. The $5 admission includes free bottomless popcorn. The film is considered one of Keaton’s more action-packed movies and focuses on a father and son who own a steamboat that could soon be put out of business.
