Chef and 225 contributor Jay Ducote can now add award-winning radio host to his résumé. Ducote’s “Bite and Booze Radio Show” won the Best Food or Drink Radio Broadcast at the fifth annual Taste Awards last week. Ducote was one of three Louisiana food personalities that won an award, along with Emeril Lagasse and Kid Chef Eliana de Las Casas.
