Description: Join BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo, 3601 Thomas Rd., for Fall Zoo-venture Camp, to be held November 24 – 26. What could be more fun during fall break than hanging out with the animals? Fall is a great time to visit the zoo and learn what being a naturalist is all about. These young explorers will use their imaginations and learn skills to find animal homes, track animals and discover how plants and animals survive in the natural world. The age-appropriate, engaging, down-in-the-dirt activities provide a wonderful foundation for future learning and experience in the great outdoors. Fee is $30/day per child. For your convenience: Early drop off begins at 7:30 a.m. and late pick up is until 5:30 p.m. (No additional fee). For more information or to register, call the zoo at 225.775.3877 Option 2.
