When a cocktail bar dabbles in food, the results are sometimes hit-and-miss. When a serious cocktail bar puts together a serious food menu, it’s like the stars have aligned.
The Black and Blue Burger at Duvic’s Martini Bar will leave you seeing stars. It’s one of five burgers on the bar’s menu, but it’s definitely the most popular.
The half-pound patty features four different cuts of beef (owner Shane Courrege keeps the cuts a secret), ground and shaped in-house. The only seasoning is salt and pepper.
