That summertime heat is back—and so is Tin Roof’s Watermelon Wheat.

The Baton Rouge brewery’s summer seasonal, Not Too Sweet Watermelon Wheat, returns this week. The American Wheat Ale has a hint of watermelon. It will be available first tonight, Wednesday, June 17, at 5 p.m. at The Bulldog at 4385 Perkins Road.

Tin Roof tap room will also be serving the beer Thursday, June 18, alongside the weekly City Pork Deli & Charcuterie dinner and Let’s Get Quizzical Trivia night. The tap room opens at 3 p.m.

City Pork Deli will serve a house-smoked grilled burger with ground pork, brisket and bacon on a brioche roll with house chips. Plates are $10. City Pork Deli’s serving hours at the tap room are 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Watermelon Wheat will be on local grocery and liquor store shelves by next week.
