“Everything about wine is intriguing, from how it’s made, to the tremendous varieties, to how it can turn a ho-hum meal into an experience. So I’d tried in years past to become ‘wine savvy,’ but the whole wine scene was intimidating. Then Kelwin, my husband, and I discovered The Grape in Atlanta. It was a fun, relaxed environment specifically meant to take the intimidation out of wine. It was exactly what I was looking for, so we took a leap of faith and decided to bring The Grape home to Baton Rouge, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.”
