For 15 years Lipsey was sworn to secrecy about what he saw at JFK’s autopsy. In 1978 Congress re-examined the investigation of Kennedy’s assassination and ultimately agreed with the Warren Commission that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. Lipsey wholeheartedly agrees with that position.
