The food is good and very close to authentic Indian cusine.The servers are friendly but the price is steep.The buffet is a good value though.

This restaurant attracted me from New Orleans, because I was their fan for years when they were located in Metairie by the name of “India Palace”. (If I am not wrong)
Here ambience is good, food is not bad but management is not even close to their old location. I visited Bay Leaf restaurant three times from Metairie. During my all three visits I noticed manager is too busy on phone, talking with staff or talking to one or tables and unable to give attention to other customers like me.
Surely, I liked their old restaurant "India Palace' better.
My request for mango lassi took fifteen minutes, similarly waited twenty one minutes just to pay my check on weekday like Monday or Tuesday
