This is a large park serving south Baton Rouge. Interstate 10 runs across the 50-acre City Park Lake.
City Park provides a tennis center, a nine-hole historic golf course, a recreation center, the Baton Rouge Gallery, picnic areas, basketball courts, a playground area and two lakes for fishing.
This park is currently undergoing renovations.
