Originally The Faculty Club, LSU’s on-campus restaurant reopened as The Club at LSU Union Square last August with an upscale menu. During the summer, the restaurant has been serving a lunch menu, but dinner service begins again Aug. 23. The restaurant has plans for gameday weekends come this fall with an a la carte menu available from noon to kickoff. For this month’s 225, restaurant reviewer D.J.
