Scheduled for Friday from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Red Stick Spice Company, Healthy Holiday Treats will teach attendees the basics. Learn about good versus bad fats, the glycemic index and what may be preventing you from reaching your health goals. Kriger will demo healthy holiday recipes and offer tips for lighter baking.
