The menu, designed with the idea of Every Man a King, is inspired by how the Kingfish himself, Huey P. Long, would have dined with his entourage. Our Degustation menu has a minimum of five courses, with a surprise course or two thrown in to delight our guests. Items are inspired from the early 1900’s to include classics such as Baked Alaska and Steak Diane—all with local and modern flair served on our custom fine china and crystal.
