Creature feature

If you’re ready for a new furry friend, Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAAWS) has many adoptable animals including:

ZiggyZiggy is a gorgeous 8-month-old flat-coated retriever/Weimarner mix puppy.

LibertyLiberty and her family were found in the hedges of Tanger Mall. Although she began life as a feral, this pretty gray-and-white tabby has grown up to be a very friendly and playful cat.

AmiraAmira is a 3-year-old dilute torti who loves being petted and being held. She learns routines quickly.

LudoLudo is a 2-year-old male Brussels griffon mix. This beautiful boy has energy and love to spare.

HopeHope is a 2-year-old black beauty. While Hope enjoys toys and gets along well with other cats, she adores the company of humans.

LucyLucy is a 1-year-old Whippet mix.

All these pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and microchipped. Many other adoptable dogs, puppies, cats and kittens are available through Capital Area Animal Welfare Society.
