If you’re still looking to make plans this Valentine’s Day, 18 Steak at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge is offering a create-your-own meal at $125 per couple.
Patrons can select an option from three courses for the meal. The options are broken up into four categories and include the following dishes:
Course 1

- Fruits de Mer: lobster ceviche, oysters, shrimp, mignonette, gribiche sauces
- Charcuterie: local-made tasso, duck pate, artisan cheese, whole grain mustard and caper berries
Course 2

- Saffron soft-shell crab bisque
- Ponchatoula strawberry mache salad
Course 3
- New Zealand rack of lamb with herb polenta, swiss chard and mint julep sauce
- Seven-ounce wood-grilled filet with lobster bernaise with asparagus and gratin potatoes
- Redfish courtbouillon with shrimp, oysters, crab, tomato and popcorn rice
Course 4
- Raspberry onyx with milk chocolate mousse, raspberry passion cream and chocolate cake
- King Cake bread pudding with crème anglaise
