The Manhattan is a classy cocktail made with our own Oxbow Straight Rum. The charred American oak shines with a hint of sweetness making for a multi-dimensional, mature drink.
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Oxbow Barrel Aged Straight Rum
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• Ango bitters
Instructions:
Combine Oxbow Straight Rum, vermouth, and bitters in a glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange peel.
