The perfect summer cocktail, sponsored by Three Roll

Three Roll’s Sugar Ant Surprise cocktail is made with the single estate distillery’s locally produced Brazilian Rum. This specialty spirit is made with authentic Brazilian ingredients, giving you a taste of Brazil all summer long.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Brazilian Rum
1/2 ounce strawberry peppercorn shrub (recipe below)
3/4 ounce lemon
1/2 ounce simple
3/4 ounce pineapple
2 slices kiwi, muddled

Instructions:

To make the shrub, mash 1 ounces of strawberries with ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar. Let it rest for one day and strain the solids out.

Muddle 2 slices of kiwi in a shaking tin. Add all ingredients to the tin over ice and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass and garnish with a strawberry. Enjoy! Click here to view all of Three Roll’s spirits.
