Ribbons were cut Tuesday morning at the new Rouses Market in Livingston Parish. The 50,000-square-foot store anchors the new Juban Crossing development in Denham Springs at 10130 Crossing Way, Suite 300. The store features a café that will make breakfast, plate lunches and dinners, barbecue, made-to-order sandwiches and paninis. The new Rouses also boasts a walk-in beer cooler, a wine and spirits selection, sushi station with Mongolian grill, full-service butcher shop, sausage kitchen (!!!), seafood department and bakery.
