Chipotle Crema
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 clove minced garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, and stir until well blended.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store remaining chipotle crema in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
