LSU needs to turn its season around—and quickly—if it hopes to make a bowl game in 2017

LSU lost to Troy. That’s one sentence we never thought we’d type this year.

It’s not looking pretty for the football program, with question marks galore on both sides of the ball and a seven-game SEC stretch coming up on the schedule. This week’s episode of the Tiger Pride Podcast touches on all the issues surrounding LSU, including head coach Ed Orgeron and what his fate might hold.

Can the Tigers fix it? Certainly, but it’s going to take some work. And it’s going to have to start this weekend when they travel to take on Florida in Gainesville. Tiger Pride Podcast co-hosts Mark Clements and Jerit Roser will preview that game and discuss what needs to happen for LSU to right the ship this season.

We also chat with Florida food blogger Ken Peng of keneatsgainesville.com to fill you in on all the places to eat (and mainly drink) if you’re making the trip to the Swamp this weekend. It’s homecoming weekend for the Gators, so the campus will be as lively as ever for the SEC showdown.
