Few defensive players in Louisiana command as much attention as Catholic High’s Blaine Bradford. At 6-foot-1, 207 pounds, the standout safety has been a difference-maker for the Bears, helping lead them to a 9-0 record in the regular season including a run to the semifinals of the Division I playoffs.

Bradford’s instincts, speed, and physicality in the secondary have made him one of the most sought-after recruits in the country. The 4-star prospect ranks as the No. 1 safety in the country according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, and he holds offers from powerhouse programs like LSU, Ohio State, Alabama, Notre Dame, and Oregon, among others.

With his talent and work ethic, Bradford is primed to make an impact at the next level. But for now, the Catholic High star remains locked in on finishing his high school career the same way he plays—at full speed.
