Celebrate ‘Halfoween’ at 10/31 Consortium’s Black and Orange Bash April 28

Believe it or not, we’re already halfway to Halloween. Celebrate “Halfoween” with 10/31 Consortium this Saturday, April 28, at their eighth annual Black and Orange Bash.

The bash will include a best-dressed contest, music, appetizers, a cash bar and a silent auction.

10/31 Consortium is a nonprofit organization serving the Baton Rouge community through the fun and creativity of Halloween traditions and folklore. Each year, the organization hosts a variety of community events, including the Baton Rouge Halloween Parade, the Fifolet Halloween Festival and the Pumpkin Pi 3.14 Mile Race.

Attendees will be the first to hear several important Consortium announcements, including the upcoming Halloween Parade Theme, the Grand Marshal, and details on the Halloween Parade Royal Coronation, Inaugural Kids’ Court Coronation, Spirit Award, Fifolet Halloween Festival and Ghostly Gala.

Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for children. 10/31 Consortium members will receive a 20% discount. Purchase tickets here.

Attendees are welcome to come in casual, costume or cocktail attire, but whatever it is, it must be black and orange.

The Black and Orange Bash will be held 7-10 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza on Saturday, April 28. The Crowne Plaza is at 4728 Constitution Ave.
