Superheroes and monsters filled the streets of downtown Baton Rouge this past weekend.
Between the Louisiana Book Festival, the 7th Annual Baton Rouge Halloween Parade and several other Fifolet Halloween Festival events hosted by 10/31 Consortium, the city was bursting with interesting costumes and characters.
